The Onyx Senior Honor Society celebrates and encourages the highest standards of excellence in leadership and academic achievement at the University of Pennsylvania. Each fall and spring semester, a select few of the university's most outstanding student-leaders are chosen for induction. Onyx, as an embodiment of eminence in citizenship and university life, sponsors programming in mentorship, community service, and academic support.
